Wherever the term “Working Days or Hours” is featured, this excludes bank holidays, weekends and public holidays such as Christmas. Please check your order carefully before checkout, as orders cannot be amended once the order is confirmed. We cannot amend any errors once an order is confirmed. Should you have any complaints, please send them to the contact information detailed at the bottom of this document. These terms and conditions apply to all transactions on this site. They do not affect your statutory rights.
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, at our discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you confirm that you hold the relevant professional qualifications provided and authorised by an examining body in your Jurisdiction. Adding to your order
Our fulfilment and shipping processes are automated, and as such, we are unfortunately unable to add additional items or make changes to existing orders.
Prices
Prices are subject to change but are correct at time of posting. Any glitches, errors or typos are not required to be honoured. If there is an error or inaccuracy with regards to the advertised price of the goods that you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible by e-mail. This will be to inform you of the correct price of the goods and to ask you if you wish to continue with the order at the amended price or to cancel the order altogether. Prices are displayed in GBP.
Payment
We cannot accept any payments over £5000 Via PayPal or Credit Card. These payments will have to be made by debit card or BACS transfer. Any contract for purchases made through the website will be with Pretty Offence Limited using the trading style Nailsonpoiint. Nailsonpoiint must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted, and the contract formed. By purchasing these products from our site, you confirm that they're for professional use.
Delivery charges
£3.99 plus VAT is the standard delivery charge for most parts of mainland UK. The Channel Islands, Offshore Islands, Highlands, Scottish Islands and certain areas of the UK may vary according to the size and weight of the parcel. Special delivery charges will be quoted on request. This excludes any large or heavy items.
Processing time
Once an order is placed, you will be advised on an estimated dispatch date. Please allow 1 to 10 working days estimated dispatch time. We try to keep our inventory status as current as possible, but in some cases, we may be out of stock of your item. If that is the case, we will issue you with a Credit Note.
Transit time
Domestic UK mainland shipments are all one price. We cannot be liable for all and any international import duties and taxes if they occur.
Sale items
All goods purchased or during any promotions are not returnable unless faulty.
Discount Codes & Vouchers
Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers and cannot be applied to sale items. We may withdraw or amend any offers at any point without notice.
User comments feedback, comments or other correspondence received
If you send certain specific submissions (for example contest entries) with or without a request from us containing creative ideas, images, suggestions, proposals, plans or other materials (‘ collectively Creative Ideas’) whether online, by e-mail, by postal mail or otherwise, you agree that we may at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use in any medium any Creative Ideas that you forward to us. We shall be under no obligation to maintain any Creative Ideas in confidence or pay any consideration or compensation for any Creative Ideas or respond to any Creative Ideas received.
Faulty Goods & Cancellations
We ensure all items that are posted to our customers are of the highest standard, but if there is ever a need to return a damaged item, we do accept returns. Items must not have been opened or used. The packaging of non-nail gel products must be undamaged. Unfortunately, shipping charges cannot be refunded on any refunds or exchanges. We must be notified of any damages and claims within 24 hours of receipt of goods.
Part return of items sold as sets, kits or collections will not be accepted.
Once your order has been collected from us by our courier, you will not be able to cancel your order unless faulty. Any authorised refunds will be in the form of a Credit Note. If you wish to return an item, please notify us in writing using the following model cancellation form;

We would be grateful if you would return your items via recorded or tracked post, this is for your peace of mind, and ours. This is not a requirement of law but rather a courtesy request. Items marked as being reduced will be exempt from the returns policy.
Disclaimer of Warranties, limitation of Liability
The services and products provided to you through this website are provided without any representations, warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title and non-infringement. You agree from time to time we may remove any service for indefinite periods of time or cancel any service at any time, without notice to you.
